We had water damage from an upstairs radiator. Water ran down the walls to the main floor and down to the basement. SERVPRO came the very next day and checked all the wet areas and set up their industrial dehumidifier right away. The team came every day to check on their unit and they did a fantastic job. Their team was always professional and kept us informed on the status. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They made a horrible situation less stressful. I wish I could remember the guys that came to our house with Dave to do the initial tearing apart the ceiling to investigate and determine the cause of the water leakage as they all did great with keeping dust to a minimum and cleaning up after themselves.
