Chad was an excellent representative for SERVPRO providing excellent service, communication, and promptness. 

We had water damage from an upstairs radiator. Water ran down the walls to the main floor and down to the basement. SERVPRO came the very next day and checked all the wet areas and set up their industrial dehumidifier right away. The team came every day to check on their unit and they did a fantastic job. Their team was always professional and kept us informed on the status. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They made a horrible situation less stressful. Very pleased with the timeliness at getting our issue taken care of when it happened. Water heater died and flooded parts of our basement. Rodrick and Eric were great and got things taken care of right away. Hope to never use SERVPRO again, but if I ever have another issue, I know who I will call.

Jake, Josh, and Rodrick worked hard to fit in our job amid a backlog of 200+ jobs related to flooding in Midland in May 2020. These guys hustled, were incredibly responsive, and professional. They were here on time, ripped out carpet and flooring, and put every fan and dehumidifier they could until we got to an amperage limit on the breaker box! We are on day one of several days drying project, but they helped save our fully finished basement. We have an expensive remodel ahead, but it will be cheaper and less complicated because SERVPRO got here quickly and got the job done. Thanks, guys!

Had my basement flood. Service was promptly completed as promised. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, the project manager, Jake Michaels, worked wonders on my invoice. I am indebted to this company for doing such a good job at such a fantastic price and thoroughly explaining every step.

I was treated so well by Bob and Dave through the whole process. I wish I could remember the guys that came to our house with Dave to do the initial tearing apart the ceiling to investigate and determine the cause of the water leakage as they all did great with keeping dust to a minimum and cleaning up after themselves. The guys on Dave’s team who did the repair work after were outstanding as well and really accommodated us throughout the process. I am so glad that my insurance adjuster recommended you guys to me. 

We were advised by a contractor that we had a mold issue and should have it addressed before he started his work. We contacted SERVPRO and spoke with Chris O’Neil about our concerns. Within a day he came to our house assessed the situation and gave us a quote. We accepted the quote. The work was scheduled and completed on time as quoted. We were very satisfied with the crew and their level of professionalism. We would highly recommend SERVPRO.

SERVPRO did a great job fighting for my insurance claim and finishing the project to my desired quality. Shawn Weiss is a great sales contact to work with and Chad Hages did a great job as a project manager. Chad also had his work cut out for him dealing with my insurance company and came through big time.

I had a water problem in a crawlspace. I called them and within an hour had a callback and was scheduled. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable! Four hours after I made the initial call my water problem was solved by a clean professional technician and team, and at a very fair price! I would recommend to anyone having water removal issues!!
